Many in our service community face lingering injuries, neurological issues, and limited access to specialized care. Our grants help remove financial barriers so recipients can focus on recovery, resilience, and returning to the activities they love.

Who Qualifies?

Veteran

All branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, regardless of era or deployment history.

Active Duty

Currently serving members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces.

First Responders

Law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and other certified emergency personnel.

Familes

Spouses and dependent children of the above who may also benefit from care and support.
