Sound Bath by Ring True

Service Description

Welcome to Ring True. During this Sound Bath, Sonic Practitioner Charlie Demere, a master of ceremonies, eases the group into the sonic journey with both aroma therapy and spoken word followed by a 1hr healing journey primarily composed with a beautiful collection of harmonized alchemy crystal singing bowls. Doors open at 5:15pm with our sound bath commencing at 5:30pm. Please bring a yoga mat, and any other items to help yourself feel comfortable & cozy (i.e. - blankets, pillows, eye covers etc.) Ceremony starts at 5:30pm with a 15min group grounding session followed by 60min of sound & crystal frequency therapy gently moving into a 15min re-integration. Our collective journey will come to a close at 7pm.
